Samuela was fantastic. Gave us lots of tips on various things; she also found us several non-gluten options for restaurants. Rina, who took over from her on the weekend, was also very kind. Since we'd been having trouble with cabs not turning up a couple of times, she personally made sure that we were safely on our way to the train station the day we left. Many thanks to them both.

The room was modern, well-equipped, and very comfortable, with excellent heating—perfect for a cozy stay. What impressed us the most was the thoughtful touch of preparing fresh flowers in my wife’s favorite color, which made us feel truly welcomed. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Montepulciano!
