Host, Elizabeth is amazing.
Property is in superb location. It is located just skirts of Assisi.
Place is nicely renovated, clean. Mattress is comfortable. There is a kitchenette with fridge, cafe machine, kettle, etc.
A lot of nice snacks are offered for breakfast in the room.
The scenery of Assisi and valley are marvelous.
We strongly suggest this property and book here again.

Crisp cotton bed linen. Great pillows and towels
Lovely little terrace
Gifts of oil, wine and breakfast at a local bar.
Dogs no charge plus water and dog treats were waiting for them.
Some places are done with attention to detail and sensitivity. The hosts go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome. This is one of those places.

A little out of the main tourist centre it was quiet and situated among the locals. Easy access to the bus stop. Stefano was a great host who met us in person and freely gave advice and direction. He was happy to do what he could to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast was on the front step each morning.
