Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Liked everything about the property. We were able to check in early which was wonderful on a rainy day. The spa tub was heaven. It was conveniently located and we had our best meal so far at the restaurant next door. We would have eaten at the restaurant down stairs with its lovely view but we were too hungry to wait.

The rooms are in the city walls and easy to get to. It was modern and up to date with working plumbing and lighting. AC worked flawlessly. Very comfortable beds (the best on our trip!). The owners also own/work at Cafe Latino, 100 steps away from the hotel rooms. Breakfast on Cafe Latinos Terrace overlooking the lake was wonderful as they were!

There is parking on-site and the property provides an electric vehicle charging station. Great room about 20 minutes' walk from the railway station and just a few minutes from the city centre. The room was spacious and clean. The host was friendly and always available for anything I needed. Definitely recommended!

Fabio and Mirko were incredibly kind and generous hosts. Our arrival time was delayed several times because the airline lost our baggage, but they handled it very graciously. Fabio was immediately reachable via phone and accommodated every request. The room was spacious and clean, the shower very good. Spello was absolutely charming and we would recommend it and this B&B very highly.

We have been accomodated în the room ''Barbarosa'' which looks exactely like in the site pictures. It is a lovely room with cozy atmosphere situated in a historical building, very well preserved. Everything in the room was fully functional and very clean, perfect for me and my wife. Our host, Stefania exceeded our expactations being super nice and keen to satisfy all our needs. We felt absolutely great in this accomodation, definitively a place which deserves the highest score and all recommendations.
