The room has a lakeside location and is very close to parking. It has Aircon - which in 36 degrees heat was a life saver! The view from the 'balcony' is gorgeous. The cafe two buildings up was lovely for snacks and drinks.

The room was lovely, very comfortable and clean. There is also a common area with a kitchen (tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge etc), a dining table and a washing machine. The property is very well located in the heart of the old town. It is a stone’s throw from the jetty - a ferry trip to Isola Maggiore is highly recommended. There is also an amazing bakery with the best pastries next door to the property. Mario is very friendly and easy to communicate with, and very kind and accomodating (allowing us to check in much earlier!).

Cannot express just how wonderful the owners are. The room is in the absolute centre of Castiglione, yet it is quiet. Breakfast in the owners cafe is great-excellent coffee and everything so fresh. Plus there's an amazing selection of teas for the room. An absolute gem.
