The room was very clean, tea and coffee facilities included. We could leave our bags at the reception area before the check-in.

Located around 400 metres from Quirinal Palace, the guest house with free WiFi is also 800 metres away from Trevi Fountain. Via Condotti is 2 km from the guest house and Piazza di Spagna is 2.4 km away. I’m very happy with my choice of hotel. Location was perfect - just a few minutes walk to the Trevi fountain, but there weren’t disturbing outside noises at all. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was lovely with good coffee. Everything about this place just worked, so that we could fully concentrate on amazing city of Rome.

The room was spotless and inviting. The bed was especially comfortable. I was concerned that there might be noise from the breakfast room nearby, but my room was quiet. The included breakfast was exceptional, with bacon, eggs, cheese, pastries, yogurt, and coffee. I've stayed at several B&Bs in Rome, but this is my favorite. This is definitely my first choice from now on. The staff was super helpful all the way around.

St. Peter Manor features rooms with free WiFi in the centre of Rome. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Location was great, literally 2 min away from the Vatican. Every day they cleaned the room and the bed and the pillos were super comfortable ( must say) Alice was very kind and clear with the instructions how to open the room and she was always available. Highly recommended!
