K11 ARTUS is committed to providing a smoke-free environment for all residents and guests. Any violation will result in one-night rental penalty plus 10% service charge.
Our residences are for accommodation only, and must not exceed the maximum number of occupants permitted for each residence type at all times. For any violations, an additional charge equivalent to one (1) night's room rate plus 10% service charge and the enhanced room cleaning fee will be incurred.
