Comfortable 150 sqm villa located in a fantastic guarded area - Seabreeze Residence. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, big living room with fully-equipped kitchen, lovely terrace 40 sqm with comfortable seating areas, and parking. Two minutes walk to the swimming pool (inside the area, with childrens pool). In the house You will found all kinds of kitchen ware, dishwashing machine, washing machine, kettle, oven, microwave oven, multi cooker pot, TV, WiFi, aircon in each room, bed linen, towels, sun beds.
We speak English, Thai and Polish. It will be my pleasure to host you in my dream home in Thailand:)
Close to the swimming pool (150m) and to the beach (300m). A few steps to the massage, bakery, shops and restaurants. Nice places to see: Rayong Botanical Garden (8 km), Thung Prong Thong - Golden Meadow (18 km), Khao Laem Ya National Park (39 km), Ko Samet and other islands. Airports: U-Tapao Rayong-Pattaya International (80 km), and Bangkok (180 km). The property offers a paid airport shuttle service, and renting cars and motorbikes.
