The room is spotless, the bed extremely comfortable, and the beautiful lush garden and veranda just transport you into a serene, authentic world that I have seldom found in my travels. The beds are the comfiest I have used since coming to Thailand, it was like being at home. The pool and gardens are maintained to a high standard and the staff are lovely Beach is a short 5 minute walk and has a good breeze on a night. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone especially if travelling as a family. We will be back again!

Water pressure is great and it has everything you need for a long or short term stay. They prepared dinner for me and my 10 friends in the bar for a very reasonable price and took care of us very well. Highly recommend for any travellers.

The area is quiet and the gardener keeps everything green and nice. We will certainly hire this house again. Easy and near access to the beach and restaurants. Can even get good bread by the bakery near the house. The Mae Phim area and beach is perfect if you want a calm and healing vacation.

The house is a really good size and all 3 bedrooms were very comfortable. The location is super as you can walk to the pier or the beach easily. One evening the power had failed on our return to the house and even though it was after 10pm, our host got an electrician out to fix the issue. What a great service! There is nothing bad I can say about this house to be very honest, we were sorry we had not booked it for an extra night.
