What a lovely location and lovely staff. I hope to visit again.

This hotel seems to be the hub of Giswil. The restaurant was busy both nights. There's a children's playground, & the cutest chickens running around . Location - across the road from the station Very friendly staff I was in a large room in the annex behind the main building

The location is beautiful at Gasthaus Brunig, and the views are unbeatable. It was a nice spacious room, clean and very nicely decorated. The hotel restaurant was delish for evening meals.

The Gasthaus Paxmontana is centrally located in Flüeli-Ranft and offers panoramic views over the Sarner Lake, the Oberwald mountains and the Melch valley.

We loved this place. We stayed just for one night with 2 small kids but everyone wished we could stay longer. Extremely friendly and helpful host. Amazing breakfast. Comfy rooms. But what blew our minds was the surrounding. It was like a private visit to amazing wild Switzerland with private views on so many waterfalls. If your stay is short and you want to see some Switzerland book this stay. There is a road down from the house which takes you on a journey through so many amazing. waterfalls that you will be just in love. Forget about tourist pack places. Perfect for people who love peace and nature without crowds. The hotel is more like guest house which is amazing. Many old things to look at inside so you almost feel like in a museum. We could easily talk in the Netherlands. Kids loved this place. Hopefully we will come back one day. Great value for money. Don't think twice.
