The apartment is great with tasteful design and decor. The beds were comfortable. Everything is available including washing machines. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were really good with the service they provide.

We were breathtaken by our first glimpse of Traunsee from the property—it was like something out of a dream. Even though there was no staff on-site, the self-check-in and key pick-up were smooth. (At first, the quiet, empty hotel and peaceful surroundings gave us a bit of a thrill after our long drive!) The free minibar was a great touch, especially when no stores or restaurants were nearby. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options, all beautifully arranged. I only wish I could have stayed longer.
