It was better than any other hotel we have been in. The view is AMAZING, the clothes that are given are beautiful and comfortable ,the food was great, the staff were so nice and helping, the location is perfect (just note that is far from any store or restaurant) but close to the pirate ship and to the cable car.

A fridge and an electric kettle with green tea bags are included in each room. All rooms come with an en suite bathroom with a toilet and shower, while some rooms have a bathtub. Very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. We had the traditional room which was very ample and comfortable. We enjoyed having the possibility to have breakfast (with different great options). Personal speak perfect English and are very helpful in answering our questions

Main Dining Room "The Fujiya" serves French cuisine in an elegant space. Restaurant Cascade offers Western dishes, while Kikka-so serves traditional Japanese kaiseki dinners. A bar, lounge and bakery are available. Everything was amazing! A true experience to stay in this hotel.

Staff were excellent, relaxing atmosphere, and professional place. Great location and nice room.

Cozy place and wonderful breakfast. The lodging is participating in a local tourism programme that provides some perks and benefits when patronising certain stores / places. I particularly like the 5-min sake tasting experience at Buko Shuzo.
